Consistently questionable
- - Decent boxes exist, but they're hard to find.
- - Bread often tastes soapy due to residue in trays.
If you can get a decent box of them, they're alright, but good luck finding a box where the soap was properly rinsed out of the cooking trays they used. I'm assuming that's why the bread regularly tastes like soap. That's something that I could ignore once and move on if it were under 1% of boxes, but it's very close to 50/50 that have that flavor; even developing countries have better food quality control than this.

Something in my bagel bite
- - A screw was embedded in a bagel bite.
- - It was noticed before eating; otherwise it could have chipped a tooth.
I heated up a pack of bagel bites, and when they were done, I then noticed right before I ate it that there was a screw embedded in the bagel bite. If I had never noticed it, it could have chipped my tooth.

i bought 2 boxes of bagel bites and one came with no sauce and barely any cheese no pepperoni just the bagel! i toook a picture of the bagel too .

Bad batch of bagel bites
- - Box of 18 pepperoni; about 5 were stale.
- - The other box has mold; I ate one.

Just bought a box the other day 18 pieces pepperonis opened it and doesnt look right cooked about 5 and they are completely stale and hard can this be exchanged without a receipt we eat bagel bites all the time and the other box has mold on it i at one of them and hope i do not get sick this is disgusting ugh i am sick over this wish i saw other box !!!!

i just opened my bagel bites to find out there was mold on them. I just bought them last week and have half them in the freezer until now.

No hot dogs in two of them
I bought a package of bagel bites dogs, there were no hot dogs in two of them. I have bought them before and they were great . I was very disppointed.

I purchased a box ox bagel bites pepperoni and I am very disappointed.
- - Bagels arrived with sauce on the outside and little to no cheese or pepperoni; I salvaged some with mozzarella and think the toppings have changed.
I opened the box and two bagels we stuck together in with sauce on the one side- the outside. There was no cheese or pepperoni on that one and 3 others had no pepperoni with very little cheese.
On top of all this I was able to salvage most by adding some mozzarella I had in my fridge. I also have been eating bagel bites for many years and I think you changed the sauce recipe as well.
If you continue to change the formulas and decrease the cheese and pepperoni you will lose customers for sure. I long for the days when they had plenty of cheese and peperoni and the sauce tasted good.
